#DL Summit Workshop: Master Product Guidelines and Principles that most companies miss out
20. Oktober 2022Let’s be honest, product management has a problem: Most companies hire “backlog managers” rather than real product entrepreneurs. People that are really economically responsible for product success are unfortunately rare. The necessary capabilities to be a real product entrepreneur are usually not taught in any usual product training. Let’s deep dive into what is necessary to be a product entrepreneur!
About the Workshop
In this workshop, Rainer and David will look at what it takes to become a real product entrepreneur. This is not just another workshop about Scrum, Kanban, OKRs or any particular discovery technique.
Instead, they will actually deep dive into each step of the full product initiative lifecycle, discussing rarely taught underlying Product Guidelines and Principles, that you can follow to become fully responsible for your measurable product success.
They start with how to develop and manage incoming ideas and requests. Driving problem understanding and conceptual alignment. Measuring the success of your initiatives by shipping them to the right audience. Finally, deliver a product that all your customers love.
After the workshop you will be able to…
… better understand the difference between creating products that customers love and just being an assembly line to deliver one MVP after each other without maximizing product success.
