In his talk, Andreas will share his experiences as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of FINN, a role that has allowed him to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of technology. Andreas will delve into how he distinguish between genuine technological advancements and mere industry hypes, and how this discernment has shaped FINN’s tech strategy. He will recount his journey from being the entire engineering team in the early phases of FINN to leading a tech strategy for a company with over 400 employees. A significant part of his discussion will focus on the no-code movement, a major change in the field of engineering that Andreas believes has the potential to break through the engineering bubble and equip non-tech people with tools to be more productive. Andreas will also discuss the importance of fostering productivity in a tech-driven environment and how it contributes to a sense of accomplishment at the end of the workday.
