Our speakers share real-world use cases, key insights, and studies drawn directly from their daily work. Join us across four stages on Wednesday, November 13, for in-depth guidance on building better digital products.
This year, we are excited to once again present two keynotes by leading experts. Opening the conference, Matthew Skelton — co-author of Team Topologies and Director at ConfluxHQ — will discuss “Team Topologies: Core Agility for the Self-Steering Organization.” Closing the event, Ryan Singer, Founder of Felt Presence and former Head of Strategy at Basecamp, will explore “Shipping What Matters.”
Less theoretical blah-blah, but lots of practical examples from everyday life, no bullshit, no digitalisation and transformation talk, but real best practices from the teams: that’s what our speakers talk about on stage. Have questions or want deeper insights? Every session includes a Q&A where you can engage directly with speakers. We have carefully curated each topic in advance and thoroughly briefed our moderators to ensure you get the most value from each session.
There will be 30+ slots on four stages with the following formats:
- Talk: 40-minute classic talk on a specific topic with a slide presentation and Q&A option.
- Interview: 40-minute fireside chat on a specific topic that the speaker and moderator will discuss on stage and Q&A afterwards.
