As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our development teams to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for you as an Scrum Master (m/f/d). We offer a fulltime position (40h/week) in one of our locations in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich or Leipzig. The offer includes the option of working several days per week in the mobile office.
Your Mission
- Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and promoting self-organization.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress, escalating issues when necessary and facilitating resolution.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment of priorities and clear communication of project goals and requirements.
- Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Track and report team progress, using metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve team performance.
Your essential experience and education
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Fluent in English and an advanced knowledge in German (level B2 or above).
