About the workshop
Participants of this hands-on and interactive workshop learn about advanced techniques of successful Product Discovery at the intersection of business capabilities, market potential and customer demand. Based on several real-life examples and helpful exercises, the participants get practical knowledge on running a successful product discovery, applying advanced discovery techniques in practice, and leading and structuring the innovation process. In a one-day-sprint, we go from a very first and fuzzy idea to pitching a fully-fledged new business approach.
This workshop will skip theoretical discovery approaches and basic design thinking knowledge. Instead, it lays out advanced product discovery techniques that have proven to work in practice.
