Changing from a strong position brings great strengths, but it also requires courage, bolt moves and significant trust in the organization to withstand pressure that possibly grows stronger through this process. But the need for change is evident: We all recognize the shift towards digital touchpoints, speed in customer service or even customer focus. But the key-question in this process is: How to start doing things differently?

Daniel Schröder is board member at HUK24, Germany’s leading direct insurer and Vice President Digital Services at HUK-COBURG. With his strategic vision and passion for digital innovation, Daniel has played a key role in modernizing HUK-COBURGs digital services through automation and improving its customer-focused needs. He leads automation projects to improve operational efficiency while simultaneously enhancing the online customer experience as VP Digital Services.
Previously, he was Director Digital Transformation / Data & Digital at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, where he managed IT infrastructure and developed automated digital platforms. Daniel has an MBA in Global Business and a master’s degree in Business Management.
