He previously served as CTO at Rocket Internet SE, overseeing its portfolio companies, incubations and its new investments via Global Founders Capital (GFC). Earlier, he delivered large scale projects on scope, budget, and time for customers such as Metro, Bosch Rexroth, and many other small and large companies. He also co-founded an ecommerce startup and offline analytics for retailers, each being sold to major corporations.

Fabian is an experienced CTO and technical entrepreneur. His last company Spryker is one of the most successful e-commerce software vendors in Europe with enterprise customers like Aldi, Toyota, Metro, and Hilti. Spryker was recognized as a Visionary in the 2023 Gartner Magic Quadrant. He previously served as CTO at Project A Ventures and Rocket Internet, offering technical expertise to over 20 startups.
