Sara is currently working as Data Scientist at Dish Digital Solutions (Metro Group) in Düsseldorf, Germany. In her current role as project lead, she leads a team of data experts to develop scalable end-to-end Data products. She holds a PhD in Physics from University of Potsdam. She has several years of experience as Data and AI consultant in Reply and Centa MG. She brings expertise of leveraging machine learning and AI models to develop intelligent solutions for business to maximize its potential.

Pankaj is currently working as Head of Data Science and AI at Dish Digital Solutions (A Metro Company) in Düsseldorf. He has a PhD in Physics from Hamburg University, and brings several years of experience working in different data science and AI roles. In his journey from Data Scientist to leadership, the primary focus has been on creating business impact by leveraging the potential of data science and AI.
